This Payment Policy explains the terms and conditions governing payments made for purchases through our website www.ajadynasty.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a range of secure and region-friendly payment options to ensure a smooth checkout experience:

1. Credit/Debit Cards (UnionPay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

2. AliPay

3. eSewa / Khalti / FonePay (for domestic transactions in Nepal)

4. Bank Transfer (for wholesale or custom orders – details provided upon request)

Note: We currently do not accept PayPal. Please choose from the available methods listed above.

All payments are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways to protect your data.

2. Currency

Our pricing system adapts to your location:

Local Display: Prices are shown in your local or regional currency such as USD, EUR, or others depending on your IP/geolocation.

Final Transaction Currency: At checkout, the payment will be processed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) or the selected display currency supported by our payment processor.

Important: Your card provider or payment service may apply currency conversion fees or slightly different exchange rates. Aja Dynasty is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

For wholesale, custom, or pre-order items, a 50% advance is required. The remaining 50% must be paid prior to dispatch or delivery.

4. Order Confirmation

Once payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a payment receipt.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@ajadynasty.com

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, processing begins and cancellations are not possible.

Refunds are only issued for:

a) Damaged or defective products

b) Non-delivery due to our error

Refund Requests: Must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

6. Taxes and Duties

All domestic orders within Nepal include applicable VAT.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs

charges imposed by their country.
