Unique Nepalese handmade lokta paper is made from the fibers of lokta bushes. It’s a unique and artisan authentic Nepalese product. Lokta bushes grow on the southern slopes of Nepal’s Himalayan forests between 1,600 and 4,000 m. The production of the original lokta paper is 100% handmade. This process is also sustainable and supports the poor rural women of Nepal from small villages, which harvest the raw material.
