After adding the product to a shipping card, shipping can be calculated automatically according to the delivery address.
Macte Design OU does not bear responsibility for the possible loss or damage of the product during delivery. Macte Design OU will however always work with the best service providers available to deliver your product safely. All that is required from you is merely a signature when receiving the package. Macte bears no responsibility for delays due to force majeure and reserves the right to perform partial deliveries.
Macte Design OU aims to send out an order within two working days after receipt and credit card authorization. Please acknowledge the possible additional customs, duties, and brokerage charges that may apply depending on the final destination. They might be collected during delivery. Macte Design OU is not responsible for these charges.
14-DAY “COOLING OFF” PERIOD
Whenever you shop at ajadynasty.com you are entitled to a 14- day period after receiving your order during which you can change your mind. Thus, if you wish to withdraw your order you should inform our customer service and send the order back within fourteen days after its arrival. You will receive the refund in no more than 14 days after the garment has arrived back to us.
You cannot change your mind by refusing to receive the item without informing us that you will be doing so.
In order to be able to change your mind you must inform the Aja Dynasty Customer Service Department of your decision to annul this agreement in an explicit statement (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail to email@example.com).
You must be able to prove that you have returned the item on time by obtaining a certificate of dispatch. You are accountable of paying any possible costs related to the return of the item. We do not accept package receipts sent cash on delivery. While returning an item you are to insure that the item has been packaged accordingly. You are responsible for any damage caused to the item since the moment it had been delivered.
We hope that you send the item as soon as possible once the return notification had been given and you have to return the item within 14 days after making the decision to return it. Refusing to accept the receipt or not picking the item up is not considered returning.

DOCUMENTATION OF YOUR PURCHASE AND RETURNS FORM
You have to insert a return schedule and either a copy of your order confirmation or other document to prove the validity of your purchase. Adding a filled return form will also ease the handling of the issue.
After receiving the item we will check it and return you the exact amount of money you paid us during purchase.
The money will be refunded via the same means of payment as the one used during the purchase. E.g if you used a card to pay for your order, the money will be transferred to the debit card you used.
You won’t receive the refund or will lose some part of it in the cases described below:
· the item has actually been used
· you have caused damage to the item
· the item has been handled in a way other than necessary to determine the item’s type, properties and the manner in which it is supposed to operate
· the instructions concerning the return of the item have not been followed
COMPLAINTS – IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE ITEM
As a customer you have the right to issue a complaint about faulty of defected items if the faults were present in the item when you bought it.
The claim has to be confirmed and the defect must have not been caused by incorrect use of the product or other harmful actions.
YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN A “REASONABLE PERIOD”

When an item is returned we request as much information as possible regarding the problem. This will allow us to handle the matter as quickly as possible.
IF A COMPLAINT IS JUSTIFIED, REASONABLE CARRIAGE CHARGES WILL BE REFUNDED
Justified complaint will lead to total refunds, including the possible carriage charges. In other cases you will have to cover all the expenses personally, including the shipping charges for the return of the item back after it has been examined. We kindly ask you to contact us before sending any items back.
The sent item must always be properly packaged and the dispatch must be proven. You are responsible for the package/ items before we have received them. Thus you should always obtain a certificate of posting including any information related to the shipping, such as carriage charges or a track-and-trace number.
Please note! We do not accept receipt of packages sent cash on delivery or similar.
We may delay the refund until the returned items have arrived or until the documentation to prove that the items have been returned are presented, whichever arrives earlier.
